  • Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within:

  • 10 days from the date of receiving the product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution will be offered.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been damaged due to customer misuse

  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories

  • The return request is made outside the eligible return window

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund timeframe: 5 – 10 business days
    Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will arrange replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Fees on Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damage during shipping), return costs will be covered by us.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
